Highlights for applicants
Applications for admission are considered all year round.
Applicants for September admission with financial aid should apply by February 15.
No application fee.
Most Ph.D. students are offered annual funding of at least $21,000 (domestic students) or $28,000 (international students).
Low student-faculty ratio means easy access to faculty, and graduate courses tailored to students' interests.
We are a Principal Sponsoring University of the Fields Institute.
We take part in the collaborative Graduate Program in Scientific Computing.
Interdisciplinary links with the Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics, the multi-university high-performance computer network SHARCNET, and the Ontario Research Centre for Computer Algebra (ORCCA).
