I am a Homotopy Theory Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Western Ontario, working in the research group of J.F. Jardine.
In 2008--2010 I was a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Institut de Géométrie, Algèbre et Topologie at EPFL in Switzerland, working in the research group of K. Hess.
In 2008 I received my Ph.D. in Mathematics studying homotopy theory and algebraic topology under the supervision of W.G. Dwyer at the University of Notre Dame.
Before going full-time into mathematics in 2003, I studied rocket science (aeronautics and astronautics) at MIT and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
My wife Feride Tiglay is also a mathematician and is currently a Visiting Researcher at the Fields Institute for Research in Mathematical Science in Toronto and an Instructor at the University of Western Ontario.
