Hi! I graduated in August 2011 with a Ph.D in Mathematics from UWO, under the supervision of Professor Lex Renner. Currently, I am a Visiting Postdoctoral Fellow at Galatasaray University (Istanbul). Here is a link to my new website (still under construction). My research interests lie on the interaction between algebraic topology and geometry. Specifically, I apply GKM theory (named after Goresky, Kottwitz, and MacPherson) to the study of algebraic group embeddings. I came from Peru where I got my Bachelor's and Licenciature's degrees from PUCP. I taught Calculus 1000A during the Summer Intersession of 2011.
PhD Thesis: GKM theory of rationally smooth group embeddings. |
