Final Exam will be on Wednesday, April 13, 2 - 5 PM in TC 309. This exam is comprehensive and covers the material of the whole course. Please check out the Preparation sheet.

Midterm 2 will be on February 4 in class (one hour). Please check out the info sheet for this test.

Midterm 1 will be on November 12 in class (one hour). This exams covers material from Chapter 1 and Sections 2.1 - 2.3 excluding 2nd and 3d Isomorphism theorems in Section 2.2.3 and Section 2.3.4. In addition you are expected to know the additional material covered in class (such as operations on complex numbers).

Exams: There will be two in-class midterms (approximately on November 12 and February 4) and a final exam (will be scheduled by the Registrar). Please mark these dates in your calendar today. Midterms will cover appropriate amount of material and the final exam is comprehensive. Midterm solutions will be posted on the web.
